Your Key to Business Growth
In business, a mentor might typically work with you in any one, or all these key aspects. Usually starting with an understanding of your vision, your strategy and your plans to achieve them, your mentor's knowledge and experience can be utilised in the aspects they are required.
Key Aspects for Business Growth
You want to grow your business in a controlled and accelerated manner but it might not be going to plan. You want to understand why and find out what action is going to be appropriate and effective. People, Planning, Processes, Finance, Marketing & Sales are key aspects in the success of businesses and yet, in instances where they are found to be ineffective or inappropriate, they actually constrain accelerated growth and the attainment of the business vision.
PlanningPlanning is essential for the introduction of new business ideas, new products or services or entering new markets.

People Strategy - Employee Engagement & Internal Marketing
Like it or not, businesses that adopt some form of employee engagement strategy are more likely to succeed than those that don't. It's all about mutual respect and pulling together to achieve a shared goal. The ultimate objective regarding a company's greatest asset, must be to have everybody singing from the same hymn-sheet. Effectively as one team sharing one vision, which itself is intrinsically linked to the effectiveness of the company's internal communication.
Today, more and more companies are deploying Employee Engagement strategies to boost their profitability, sustainability & competitiveness. Check out my Prezi presentation (opposite) and see how your organisation can benefit also.
I can help you evaluate your existing recruitment, training, appraisal and staff development policies and procedures, as well as your team's leadership, management and motivation approach to see if they fit with your company culture aspirations.
